THREE GRADS IN NEW SALES TRAINING PROGRAM

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CA - JMG Security Systems announces it has begun a sales training program for college graduates. The first three trainees to enter the program are Daniel Keller, from UCLA, Greg Hanoian, from USC, and Javier Scalini, from the University of California, San Diego.
Ken Jacobs, JMG founder and CEO, developed the on-year program as a way to expand the company from within rather than by acquisition. The program is designed to gradually expose the college graduates to the security alarm industry by having them work with senior agents at JMG. The grads also attend seminars and product orientation by such security system vendors as Panasonic and other manufacturers.
"As an industry and a company, we need to attract the best of the next generation.. To do that you have to be willing to invest in their future as well as your own," says Jacobs.
